Hello, if your eyes weren't already burned by the onslaught of so much studying, you would have realised I got rid of the post that went by the title "31/5 repertoire". Cause I've decided to actually
put up the repertoire list so you guys can't come back to choir saying you didn't see the list and thus didn't practice. :P
First half - Secular ; SacredHope, Faith, Life, Love (Eric Whitacre)
Sure on this shining night (Morten Lauridse)
Maya Dances (Per Norgard)
Down in the forest (Ant. Dvorak)
On the Green Hillside (Ant. Dvorak)
Jesu dulcis memoria (Francis Pott)
Regina Caeli (William Hawley)

Seaside Rendezvous (Freddie Mercury) (Arr. Paul Hart)
Bohemian Rhapsody (Freddie Mercury) (Arr. Mark Brymer) Omg, I LOVE this song!
Dancing Queen (ABBA) (Arr. Ralph Allwood & Lora Sansun)
Knowing me knowing you (ABBA) (Arr. Ralph Allwood & Lora Sansun)
Mama Mia (ABBA) (Arr. Ralph Allwood & Lora Sansun)
Amazing Grace (Arr. Roger Ames)As you all know, everyone finish Mid-years by Wednesday. So make sure on that day, after your exam, don't just go home and slack and watch TV or sleep.
Go through your scores! I want all of you to have memorised Ave Maria and Alleluia, as well as all the ABBA songs
by the next choir session we have. As for Regina Caeli, if you still really don't know the notes, make sure you clear your doubts the next time we have choir.
And another thing: Ms Seow intends to arrange practice (with Ms Ong) on
9 May, 2 - 5pm as well as on
10 May, 2 - 5pm. So do check your schedules and
tell me as soon as possible whether or not you are free to attend those two sessions.
The second one is of a higher priority, as it will be a combined session with Ms Ong's adult choir. And do please note that if you cannot go,
you are expected to tell me a valid reason, without my having to chase you for one. That's all for now. Good luck for remaining subjects.
Teryne.
